explorations of my past that I can only see in the dream
unanswered calls of desperation
a path made of slender threads of insecurity
drive away the tension that hides what is within
untold miles on the endless road
there has to be a way back
ROAD TO REDEMPTION

road to redemption cleanse me
bring me back home again
withered and broken hair full of grey
wiser than the younger man,
now there's a heavy price to pay
sins of the father, seeking redemption today

a lifetime of mistakes, my wish is to atone
years in the making this decision to get back home
step by step and all alone
things that can be changed
and things that cannot
